Ultra Moisturising
Many oils and butter are a good option for naturally moisturising ingredients and often have excellent additional benefits. Fermenting lipids conserves the desirable properties, such as the natural aroma, and potentiates both the moisturising qualities and other innate benefits of the oil in question.
Highly Absorbable
Fermented shea butter has a lower melting point than standard shea butter. This allows for better skin penetration and a more pleasant texture, being less sticky to use. This product enhancement applies to all our fermented oils
Enhanced Skin Feel
Skin feel is further improved by the 3-5% glycolipid content in our fermented lipids. Emulisification properties are also excellent with a more ordered microstructure for, better stability and a longer storage time
